BEAUTY: Painting--Jack Balas
Jack Balas is an American painter, photographer, and writer whose homoerotic, collage-like work references graffiti, sports, cartoons, typography, and advertisements. Balas was a 1995 recipient of an individual fellowship in painting from the National Endowment for the Arts.
